Delete your EU AI Act Info account

Your account on EU AI Act Info — the same account whether you use euaiactinfo.com or the EU AI Act Info app for Android or iOS, published on Google Play and the App Store by Humaniti AI Solutions EOOD. In the app, Settings → Delete your account opens this page.

Email info@digimindsphere.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us your organisation name so we can find the right tenant.

We confirm within five working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.

If you are one of several people in an organisation, deleting your own login does not delete your colleagues’ work. Ask an administrator, or say in the email whether you mean your personal login or the whole organisation.

Your login and password hash, your sessions and the app’s sign-in tokens; your organisation profile; every record you entered — documents, folders, policies, people, suppliers, AI systems, assets, risks, incidents and tasks; your readiness answers; your trust center and everything published on it; and any pending access grants issued to third parties.

Your trust center stops resolving immediately, so nothing you published stays reachable. The organisation record itself cannot be removed while the audit trail below refers to it, so it is closed and its name replaced with a neutral placeholder.

The audit trail. This product exists to show that a compliance record was not altered after the fact, so the audit log and evidence records are append-only at the database layer and cannot be edited or removed — by you, by us, or by anyone with access to the server. Each entry keeps what happened and when, the email address of the account that did it, and the title and type of the record involved — for example an incident’s title and severity, or the name of a person added to the people register. Evidence records from connected systems are kept the same way, as are the email addresses of trust-center visitors who asked for access. These entries are kept for as long as the service runs; after deletion they no longer belong to a live account.

Ordinary business records. Correspondence and any invoices, where law requires us to keep them.

If that retention does not work for you, tell us before you sign up rather than after — we would rather say so plainly than promise an erasure we have deliberately built the system to make impossible.

Removing the app from your phone signs that device out and stops any notifications, but it does not delete your account — the data lives on DigiMindSphere’s servers, not on the handset. Use the email above to delete the account itself.
