Terms of service

AI Compliance OS (“the service”) is provided by DigiMindSphere. It helps organisations decompose EU regulations into obligations, collect evidence, and publish a trust center. It is a tool for organising and presenting your own compliance work.

Obligation texts, scoping results, statutory clocks and verdicts are produced by rules applied to the information you provide. They are a starting point for your own assessment and are not legal advice. Determinations of scope under NIS2, DORA, the AI Act, GDPR or the Cyber Resilience Act are made by you and, where applicable, by the competent authorities.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for the credentials you connect, and for what you choose to publish. Keep your password confidential. One account per person.

You keep all rights to the documents, policies and records you add. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them as the service requires, including on the public trust center pages you publish.

Do not use the service to publish content you have no right to publish, to attempt to access other tenants’ data, to probe or overload the platform, or to misrepresent your compliance posture to third parties.

The service is early-stage and provided free to design partners at present. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing the service or introducing charges.

To the extent permitted by law, DigiMindSphere is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for regulatory findings arising from decisions you take on the basis of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can close your account at any time; your content is deleted and your trust center unpublished, except the append-only audit trail described on the account deletion page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Account deletion.
